5AT系列点火药热分解动力学及贮存期研究

摘要 采用热重分析法研究了受热条件下5AT系列点火药的热稳定性、分解动力学和贮存期。通过测定5AT系列点火药在氮气气氛中不同升温速率(β)下的TG–DTG热重曲线,分别使用Kissinger法、Ozawa法、Coats–Redfern法、寿命法4种方法进行动力学处理,获得热分解的表观活化能(Ea)、指前因子(A)以及热分解速率常数(k)等动力学参数。结果表明,Kissinge法所得Ea、A、k结果更为可靠,寿命法则可初步预估点火药的寿命。 The thermal stability, decomposition kinetics and shelf-life of 5AT series of amorces under heating condition were investigated by using thermogravimetry method. Through determining the TG-DTG thermogravimetric curves of 5AT series of amorces in nitrogen atmosphere under different heating rates (fl), the data were kinetically treated by separately using four methods, namely Kissinger method, Ozawa method, Coats-Redfern method and shelf- life method, to obtain the kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition such as apparent activation energy (Ea), pre- exponential factor (A) and thermal decomposition rate constant (k), etc. The results show that the Ea, A, k resulted from Kissinge method are more credible, using the shelf-life method can preliminarily pre-evaluate the shelf-life of the amorces.
