摘要
介绍了一种新型压伸复合推进剂,采用惰性黏合剂体系,添加了质量分数75%的AP、5%的Al粉。3~10 MPa下的压强指数为0.036,0.1~12 MPa下的压强指数为0.27。特别在5~10 MPa范围内,压强指数为–0.21,呈麦撒燃烧。在室温(8℃)条件下的φ36 mm发动机中,比冲达2 255 N·s/kg(230 s),是一种能量较高、燃烧性能优良的新型压伸复合推进剂。
A novel extension composite propellant prepared by using inert binder system and adding mass fraction 75% AP and 5% A1 powder is introduced. Its pressure exponent is 0.036 under 3-10 MPa and 0.27 under 0.1-12 MPa. Especially under 5-10 MPa, its pressure exponent is -0.21, and appears Mesa combustion. Its specific impulse reaches 2 255 N-s/kg (230 s) in the φ36 mm motor at room temperature (8 ℃), so that it is a novel extension composite propellant with high energy and excellent combustion performance.
