摘要
以苯基三氯硅烷和丙基三氯硅烷为原料,通过水解、缩聚反应,得到固体苯基丙基硅树脂。采用1HNMR和FT—IR光谱对产物进行了表征,重点讨论了影响苯基丙基硅树脂收率的主要因素。确定最佳合成工艺为:苯基三氯硅烷与丙基三氯硅烷的量之比为2:1、搅拌速度400r/min、水解温度7~10℃、溶剂与水的质量比1.5:1,水解反应时间2h,缩聚反应时间由所需的苯基丙基硅树脂的羟基含量决定。
Propyphenyl silicone resin was prepared by hydrolysis and condensation from phenyltrichlorosilane and n-propyhrichlorosilane and characterized by ' H NMR and FT-IR spectra. The factors for the preparation yields provided a optimal reaction condition at a phenyltrichlorosilane to n-ropyltrichlorosilane molar ratio of 2:1, a stirring speed of 400 rpm, and a hydrolysis temperatures of 7 - 10 ℃, a solvent to water weight ratio of 1.5:1 for a 2 hour condensation. Propyphenyl silicone resins with different hydroxy contents were obtained by controlling the polycondensation time.
