摘要
从生产实践出发,结合理论知识,分析了直接法合成甲基氯硅烷中流化床温度、氯甲烷进床气速、流化床顶压对甲基氯硅烷日产量、二甲基二氯硅烷含量的影响。结果发现,反应中期,流化床适宜的操作参数是:流化床温度290~310℃、流化床顶压0.30~0.31MPa、氯甲烷进床气速13000Nm3/h。
The paper analyzes the influence of fluidized bed temperature, gas velocity, bed pressure on the production of methyl chlorosilane and content of dimethyl dichlorosilane for methyl chlorosilane by direct method. Results show that in the middle of the reaction, with ternary copper as catalyst, the suitable operating parameters for fluidized bed are as follows: temperature is 290 -310 ℃, top pressure is 0.30 - 0.31 MPa, and gas velocity for methyl chloride into bed is 13 000 Nm3/h.
