中国耐火材料工业装备的发展与展望

Development and prospect of China's refractory industry equipment

中国耐火材料工业装备(包括机械设备和窑炉)在前苏联援建的基础上,通过技术革新、引进提高和攻关开发,迎来了最近这20多年的高速发展。近年来,从细磨、配料、混合、成型、烧成等各工序,都出现了一些高效设备。在耐火材料从大到强的新发展时期,以原料均化提纯、产能大型化、产品质量提高和生产节能减排为契机,做好耐火材料工业先进装备的开发与推广工作。

China＇ s refractory equipment including mechanical equipment and kilns developed rapidly in the past two decades by technological innovation, advanced products introduction and independent research and development based on the former Soviet Union＇ s aid. In recent years, some high efficient equipment was developed covering fields of fine grinding, burdening, mixing, shaping and firing, etc. In the new devel- oping period of refractory industry from big to strong,the advanced refractory equipment shall be well re-searched and developed, and be well spread taking the opportunity of raw materials homogenization and purification, capacity large scale, quality improvement,energy saving and pollutants reduction.
