二维超声斑点追踪评价生脉注射液对冠心病心力衰竭患者左室收缩功能的影响 被引量:5

Assessment of left ventricular systolic function after Shengmai injection using speckle tracking imaging in patients with coronary heart disease combined with heart failure

摘要 目的应用二维超声斑点追踪显像技术(STI)探讨生脉注射液对冠心病(CHD)患者慢性心力衰竭(CHF)时左室心肌收缩功能的作用。方法将128例CHD合并CHF患者随机均分为生脉注射液治疗组(A组)和对照组(C组)。应用STI测量各个节段收缩期峰值的纵向应变(LS)及纵向应变率(LSR),同时采用Simpson′s双平面法测量左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后相应节段心肌收缩期LS及LSR、LVEF差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);A组治疗后LS、LSR、LVEF均较C组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论生脉注射液治疗后左室收缩功能明显改善,STI能准确评价左室收缩功能的变化。 Objective To investigate the effect of Shengmai injection on left ventricular systolic function using speckle tracking imaging(STI) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)combined with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods A total of 128 CHD patients with CHF was equally randomized into two groups of A(treated with Shengmai injection) and C(normal control). The peak systolic longitudinal strain(LS) and longitudinal strain rate(LSR) in each segment were measured by STI,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was determined by Simpson double-plane method. Results The peak systolic LS, LSR and LVEF in both groups after treatment were statistically different from those before treatment(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Compared with group C, LS, LSR and LVEF were significantly improved in group A after treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion Left ventricular systolic function is obviously improved after Shengrnai injection therapy and can be accurately evaluated using STI.
