SynFix-LR腰椎间融合器经前路小切口治疗腰椎退变性疾病

摘要 目的探讨采用SynFix-LR腰椎间融合器经腰椎前路融合治疗腰椎退变性疾病的疗效。方法选择腰椎退变性疾病患者13例,其中椎间盘源性下腰痛4例(L4-L53例、L5-S11例),腰椎退变性滑脱9例(L4-L53例、L5-S16例)。采用SynFix-LR椎间融合器行前路小切口椎间融合术,记录手术时间、出血量。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评价术后症状改善情况。结果全部患者均顺利完成手术。平均手术时间95min,平均失血量300ml。所有患者均获6-22个月随访,患者术后下腰痛及不典型放射痛等症状明显好转,大部分患者恢复正常生活和工作。患者术前ODI为35%-60%,末次随访时ODI为0-16%。术前VAS评分为6-10分,末次随访时0-2.5分。患者SynFix-LR均取得临床融合,融合时间为7-12个月。结论 SynFix-LR腰椎间融合器可以提供脊柱初始稳定,手术创伤小,临床效果满意。
