经颅磁刺激对耳鸣神经调节性治疗的研究进展

摘要 主观性耳鸣是一种无外界听觉刺激情况下产生的声音或噪声的感觉,常导致焦虑、失眠,甚至引发自杀倾向,严重影响患者生活质量。目前耳鸣的病理生理机制尚不明确。近年来,研究热点集中于皮质重组在耳鸣的产生和维持中的重要作用。大脑皮质声音投射区重组、振荡活动异常、听觉处理高级区域的异常兴奋都与耳鸣的产生密切相关。脑刺激技术已进入此领域,
