摘要
铅套是蓄电池上的连接件,通过分析影响铅套铸件质量的因素,对铅套浇注工艺、浇注模结构以及浇注模进料系统进行了改进。经生产实践表明,模具改进操作可行,大大降低了铸造过程中产生裂纹、气孔等铸造缺陷的可能性。
Lead sleeve is a connected part on the battery. Through analyzing factors influencing the quality of the lead sleeve, pouring and mould structure as well as feeding system were modified. Practical production shows that through modified processing procedure, crack and gas hole in the castings can be eliminated effectively, and quality of the buttery can meet the requirements.
