CRP与尿毒症患者促红素抵抗的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察C反应蛋白水平与尿毒症患者促红素抵抗发生的相关性。方法:对68例尿毒症患者进行回顾性研究,每月随访1次,随访时间6~30个月,根据是否发生促红素抵抗分为抵抗组(21例)和对照组(47例)。记录观察开始时患者临床和实验室资料结果。结果:抵抗组CRP水平为(3.4±2.7)mg/L,较对照组(1.8±1.5)mg/L升高,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.142,P<0.05)。CRP≥1.5mg/L,患者促红素抵抗的发生率显著高于对照组(x2=30.897;P<0.005)。Cox回归模型提示,CRP≥1.5mg/L为尿毒症患者促红素抵抗独立危险因素。结论:CRP升高与尿毒症患者促红素抵抗发生率相关。
