胆囊结石病易感基因研究的进展 被引量:2

摘要 关于胆囊结石发病原因目前尚不清楚,认为与遗传因素、环境、饮食习惯等多种因素有关,存在明显的地区差异和民族差异。随着分子生物学的发展和种族分析及家系研究的进展,人类对胆囊结石成因的研究逐渐推向微观基因领域,现将近年来人类胆囊结石易感基因的研究作一综述。
