The automatic control is an important part of the pneumatic conveying system. It ensures the safe and reliable operation of the conveying system. In this paper, a designed instance of automatic control system for pneumatic conveying group is given, and the design method of control system, the hardware component and software realization methods of the control system is specified. By using the new distributed control system, the process can run automatically, safely and smoothly.
