小儿腹腔巨大炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤二例
摘要
例1男，1岁。因间断发热1月余，发现腹部包块5d入院。患儿近1个月来反复出现间断发热，体温最高38．5℃，入院前5d发现腹部巨大包块。检查：贫血貌，心肺正常，腹软，无明显压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张，于下腹部偏右侧可及一巨大包块，边界欠清，质较硬，无明显触痛，移动性浊音阴性，肠鸣音稍弱。
