产油酵母利用不同基质累积油脂的研究进展 被引量:4

Research Progress in Different Substrates Used by Oleaginous Yeast for Lipid Production

摘要 产油酵母是一类能够产生并积累三酰甘油酯等脂质体的产油微生物,对日益严峻的能源与环境安全问题具有重要启示作用,寻找廉价易得且转化效率高的发酵基质将促进微生物油脂生产的工业化进程。本文介绍了产油酵母对各种基质的利用情况,包括混合糖类、纤维素类生物质、发酵过程产物、食品行业废水和其他有机质等;概述并比较了不同基质的油脂积累及产油特性,指出了目前产油酵母对各基质的利用问题和未来可能的发展方向。 The oleaginous yeast is a kind of oleaginous microorganisms liposome such as triacylglycerol, environmental security issues. The and have significant implications for the which generate and accumulate increasingly serious energy and search for the cheap, freely available and with high conversion efficiency fermentation substrate will promote the industrialization process of the microbial oil production. In this review, the utilization of oleaginous yeast on a variety of substrates, including mixed sugars, cellulosic biomass, substances produced during fermentation, food industry wastewater and other organic matter, is introduced. Additionally, characteristics of lipid accumulation and oil production are summarized and compared; the current utilizing questions and future direction of development of all kinds of substrates oleaginous yeast can utilize are indicated also.
