绘图深度线索对调节反应及调节微波动的影响

The effect of pictorial depth cues in images on accommodation

摘要 目的研究绘图深度线索对调节反应及调节微波动的影响。方法利用计算机编程及绘图软件制作出2组动态视标,视标1背景具有绘图深度线索,视标2背景无绘图深度线索。受试者双眼注视40cm处随机呈现的视标,采用开放视野红外自动验光仪测量受试者右眼的调节反应及调节微波动。录用健康自愿者30名,平均年龄(24.80±1.98)岁,所有测量在屈光全矫下进行。结果视标1及视标2的调节反应均值分别为(1.39±0.38)D及(1.27±0.39)D,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.127,P=0.042);视标1及视标2的调节微波动均值分别为(0.30±0.16)及(0.28±0.17),差异无统计学意义(t=0.627,P=0.536)。结论绘图深度线索所传递的深度知觉对调节反应存在一定的影响,认知因素对调节系统存在影响。 Objective To study the effect of pictorial depth cues in images on the level and am-plitude of accommodative fluctuation. Methods Thirty healthy volunteers whose refractor were cor-rected gaze the target that was presented at 40 cm viewing distance with a display, the target had different pictorial depth cues that with pictorial depth cues or no-pictorial depth cues, the whole pro-cess of change in the accommodative response and accommodative fluctuations was recorded by Grand Seiko WAM 5500 automatic infrared refractor in the experiment. Results The stimulus with pictorial depth cues elicited a higher accommodative response than the stimulus with no pictorial depth cues (t =-2.127, P =0.042); however, the stimulus with pictorial depth cues did not elicited a higher accommodative fluctuations than the stimulus with no-pictorial depth cues (t =0.627, P = 0.536). Conclusions Results demonstrate that pictorial depth cue transferred depth perception have an effect on regulating system, cognition impacts accommodation.
