摘要 在屈光手术和屈光参差治疗中,视网膜上像的大小尤为重要。其为患者矫正后视力改善的重要原因。本文将阐述一种较为简单的视网膜成像大小的计算方法。得出这些公式可广泛地用于屈光参差眼和(或)行屈光手术后眼的相对视网膜成像大小的计算。我们使用这些公式,推导出特定情况下的简化的等式,并举了2个实例,来介绍屈光手术前后相对视网膜图像的大小的计算并进行分析。 In refractive surgery and anisometropia, the size of the image on the ret- ina, which is significant to the improvement of the corrected vision, is extremely impor- tant. This paper present a relative simple method of calculating the size of the retinal image. These formulas can be widely used for the relative retinal image calculation of anisometropic eyes and/or eyes after refractive surgery. We obtained a simplified equa- tion used in a given situation by these formulas and provided two examples to introduce and analyze the calculation of relative retinal image size before and after refractive sur- gery.
