摘要 将纳米复合高吸收铬鞣助剂(KR-T113)应用于牛沙发革的清洁化鞣制中,采用5.0%KR-T113配合3.0%铬粉分别对软化皮和酸皮进行鞣制,考察了KR-T113对鞣制后坯革应用性能的影响。结果表明:鞣制后蓝湿革的收缩温度均为95℃,废液中的Cr2O3含量均为0.02g/L,与采用7.0%铬粉常规鞣制废液相比,大幅降低了废液中的铬含量;坯革的物理机械性能与常规铬鞣革相近,手感紧实、填充性能较好,并且对酸皮鞣制后的坯革柔软度比常规铬鞣革提高了2.5%。扫描电镜结果表明:KR-T113的引入能够有效提高纤维的分散性能,同时未破坏胶原的微观结构。 Nano - composite high exhaustion chrome tanning auxiliaries ( KR - T113 ) were applied in cattle furniture leather clean tanning process. The bated hide and pickled hide were tanned by 5.0% KR -Tl13 associated with 3.0% chromate separately. The effects of KR -T113 on application performance of wet blues were investigated. The application results show that the shrinkage temperature (Ts) of both of wet blues is 95 ℃. The Cr2O3 content in wastewater is 0.02g/L, which reduces the chromium content of wastewater significantly compared with that of coventional chrome tanned leather tanned by 7.0% chromate. The mechanical properties of crust leathers are close to that of coventional chrome tanned leather and the addition of KR -T113 could endow resultant leather with good handle and filling properties. In comparison with coventional chrome tanned leather, the softness of crust leather which was made from pickled hide is increased by 2.5 %. The Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) results show that the introduction of KR -T113 could effectively improve the dispersion properties of fibers and does not destroy the microstructure structure of collagen.
