摘要
应用H00Cr21Ni10奥氏体不锈钢焊丝和00Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢焊丝对316L不锈钢进行焊接及焊后回火热处理实验,采用金相显微镜、维氏硬度计、拉伸试验机对焊接样品进行检测与分析。结果表明:00Cr13Ni5Mo焊丝焊接的316L不锈钢焊接头,经过680℃×1 h回火后,焊缝心部组织为低碳回火马氏体和铁素体并弥散分布碳化物和合金化合物等析出相颗粒,该焊接头表现出良好的性能,强度、硬度高,塑性、韧性好。H00Cr21Ni10焊丝焊接的316L不锈钢焊接头,焊缝强度低;经过680℃×1h回火后,焊缝心部组织为树枝晶与胞状晶形态的奥氏体、板条状铁素体以及聚集长大的析出相颗粒,焊接头力学性能得到改善,焊缝心部强度、硬度提高,塑性、韧性不变。
316 L stainless steel was welded by H00 Cr21 Nil 0 austenitic stainless steel wire or 00 Crl 3 Ni5 M o martensitic stainless steel wire, and then heat treated. The welding samples was tested and analyzed by optical microscopy, Vickers hardness test and tensile testing. The results show that the mierostrueture of the 316L stainless steel joints welded by the 00Crl3NiSMo wire and then tempered at 680 ~C for 1 h consists of low carbon tempered martensite and ferrite with dispersed carbides and alloy compound particles. The welded joints show a good combination of high strength, high hardness, good ductility and toughness. 316L stainless steel joints welded by the H00Cr21Nil0 wire and tempered at the same condition, show the microstructure of dendritic and cell-like austenite and lath ferrite with larger precipitation particles. The mechanical properties of the welded joints can be improved by tempering.
