多种纳米粉体对Fe/WC喷涂层显微组织的影响 被引量:1

Effect of addition of nanometer powders on microstructure of Fe/WC coating

摘要 针对我国多泥沙河流上水电站水轮机过流部件的磨损问题,在Fe/WC喷涂材料中添加一定量的纳米级WC、Ni、CeO2粉体,采用亚音速火焰喷涂技术在Q235基体上制备涂层,利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及能谱仪等设备进行显微组织观察、物相及微区成分分析,探讨纳米粉体对喷涂层显微组织的影响。结果表明,适量的纳米粉体可以细化涂层组织,改善涂层组织形态,减少涂层中的孔隙,提高涂层的致密性,增强涂层的冶金结合。 In view of the wear and corrosion damage of water turbine in hydropower station, the nano-CeO2 , nano-Ni and nano-WC powders were added into Fe/WC spraying materials, and the composite coatings were produced by subsonic flame spraying. Microstructure and phases and micro-area composition of the coatings were observed by means of optical microscope, SEM, XRD and EDS analysis, the influence of the nano powders on the coating microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the metallurgical binding of the coatings can be enhanced by the addition of the nano powders, the microstructure of the coatings is improved significantly by proper addition of the nano powders.
