摘要
随着变频调速技术的快速发展,针对当前供水方式存在的问题,进行系统调研,本文基于ABB变频器PID控制的PFC功能,系统分析了PFC功能用于恒压供水系统设计的工作原理和工况,给出了完整的电气设计原理过程,并进行了系统设计与实现。运行调试结果表明,该系统不仅具有很好的稳定性、可靠性和安全性,其节能效果也是非常显著的。
With the rapid development of frequency control of motor speed technology, in view of the current problems of wa- ter supply mode, system investigation, this article is based on ABB inverter PID control of PFC function, the system analyzes the PFC function is used to the working principle and working condition of the constant pressure water supply system design, complete electrical design principle of the process are given, and the system design and implementation. Run the debugging results show that the system not only has good stability, reliability and security, its energy saving effect is very significant.
