通过分析主变运行中热效应对其使用寿命和安全运行的影响,说明主变油温指示控制器校验的重要性,介绍了传统的主变油温指示控制器现场校验方法,提出了一种在500kV变电站将油温指示控制器接点动作误差与相关二次回路配合起来的现场校验方法。实践证明,该方法更能提高主变的安全运行水平。

The influence of main transformer pyrometric effect to it＇ s service life and safety operation is analyzed, the impor- tance of checking main transformer oil temperature indicator is clarified, the traditional checking method of main transformer oil temperature indicator is introduced, and a new checking method of which taking secondary circuit into account when checking con- tact action error in 500kV substation is brought forward. Experiences have proved that this new method is more profitable to the safe- ty of main transformer.
