摘要 简述了中央空调实训系统的组成,选用S7-1214PLC和MCGS组态软件实现了中央空调监控实训系统的设计。PLC程序采用模块化设计,空调机组的温度控制采用串级PID控制技术,提高了控制精度。MCGS组态界面友好,功能丰富。该系统按照实际工程要求设计,具有开放性和综合性的特点,大大提高了学生实践操作的主动性和积极性,取得了较好的实训教学效果。 This paper described the composition of central air conditioning training system, using S7-1214PLC and MCGS soft- ware to realize the design of central air conditioning monitoring training system o The PLC program used a modular design, the tem- perature control of air conditioning unit using cascade PID control technology to improve the control precision. The MCGS configu- ration had a friendly interface and rich functions. The system was designed in accordance with the practical engineering, it has a characteristics of openness and comprehensive, greatly improve the initiative and enthusiasm of students' practical operation, and has achieved good practice teaching effect.
