This paper described the composition of central air conditioning training system, using S7-1214PLC and MCGS soft- ware to realize the design of central air conditioning monitoring training system o The PLC program used a modular design, the tem- perature control of air conditioning unit using cascade PID control technology to improve the control precision. The MCGS configu- ration had a friendly interface and rich functions. The system was designed in accordance with the practical engineering, it has a characteristics of openness and comprehensive, greatly improve the initiative and enthusiasm of students＇ practical operation, and has achieved good practice teaching effect.
