抗菌肽在养猪生产中的应用

摘要 当今我国饲料质量安全水平整体逐步提高,但仍有个别饲料企业违法添加违禁物质、饲料配方不合理、掺杂使假等,更有甚者,一些企业片面夸大产品功效,拿枯草芽孢杆菌添加剂来说,枯草杆菌并不能包治百病,只是能够改善肠道微生态,不能完全取代抗生素的功效。本文就目前抗菌肽尤其是枯草芽孢杆菌产抗菌肽在养猪业上的应用进行综述,以期能够给养殖户和企业提供参考。
