美国教育技术学专业人才培养和课程设置对我国的启示 被引量:1

摘要 近年来我国教育技术取得了大力发展,但由于种种原因,教育技术在人才培养和课程设置上尚存在一些问题。美国作为本领域的引领者,在研究、实践以及人才培养和课程设置上都有着丰富的经验。研究立足于中美两种文化,通过分析美国9所典型院校教育技术学专业的课程设置和人才培养方案,得出一些重要发现。综合考虑我国的文化和实际,为我国人才培养和课程设置提供了一些改进策略和具体方案。 The educational technology (ET) field in China has developed vigorously, but for various reasons, there are still some problems in talent cultivation and curriculum in the ET program. As the leader of the field, the U.S.A. has rich experience in the research, practice as well as the talent cultivation and the curriculum. Based on the American and Chinese culture, through analyzing the talent cultivation and curriculum in 9 top-rank ET programs in the U.S.A., this paper obtains some important discoveries. Considering our national culture and practice, some improvement strategy and concrete plans have been provided for our talent cultivation and the curriculum.
