Abstract：SPCE061A was used as the main controller,the integrated AD in SPCE061A was used to collect relevant information,and a new type of intelligent digital multimeters has been designed.The hardware composition and the software design were introduced in detail,the main unit circuits were provided.The intelligent digital multimeters can achieve full automatic measuring for voltage,resistance and other measuring physical quantities without choosing type and changing range.The measurement precision of the digital multimeters can meet the requirements of the nation standards,which also shows its superiority in precision,intelligent degree aspects.The digital multimeters has many functions such as selecting components,broadcasting voice and so on.
