基于文献计量的工会院校学报质量分析与评价——以《中国劳动关系学院学报》为例

Quality Analysis and Evaluation of the Academic Journals of Trade Union Colleges Based on Bibliometric Approach——Taking Journal of China Institute of Industrial Relations as an example

运用文献计量学的方法,选取2007——2011年出版的工会院校学报(以《中国劳动关系学院学报》为例)的载文、作者、引用及被引情况进行统计分析,并与管理干部院校类期刊的有关统计数据对比,从中得出工会院校学报的特点和发展规律,为学报的定位和今后的发展提供参考。

By using the bibliometric method, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the papers, their authors and bibliographical information of Journal of China Institute of Industrial Relations from 2007 to 2011, compares such statistical information with the similar statistics of journals by some Management Colleges and then points out the characteristics and development rules of academic journals of trade union colleges, with the aim to provide reference for the future development of academic journals.
