公共图书馆盲人电脑培训班探析——以重庆市盲人调查为基础

An Analysis of Computer Training Course for the Blind by Public Libraries——Based on a survey of the blind in Chongqing City

本文以对140份盲人调查数据为基础,综合分析了盲人在电脑学习和使用过程中的习惯和困难,并结合重庆图书馆免费视障电脑培训班的教学实践,探讨了公共图书馆应怎样根据盲人的行为特点因材施教,如何有效地开展培训工作。

Based on the survey data of 140 blind persons, the paper analyzes the habits and difficulties of blind people in learning and using computers. Then after an introduction to the teaching practice of visual-disabled computer training course by Chongqing Library, it explores the way of teaching the blind according to their characteristics, as well as the way of carrying out such training more effectively.
