摘要 我国研究生培养机制改革的核心之一是学生资助制度。在需求—供给分析框架下,要提高研究生教育的质量并促进教育机会均等,必须主要从需求因素入手采取相关措施:增加奖助学金,使学生负担得起研究生教育,并对不同的学生和不同的专业区别对待;增加有资格获得贷款的学生的人数和贷款额度;重视对研究生教育和资助制度的信息发布。从供给角度来看,应增加财政拨款和研究资金,以改善教育质量。 A key area in the reform of the graduate training system in China is the policy of financial aid. In a demand-supply framework, factors of demand must be given priority in order to raise the quality of graduate training and promote equal opportunities. Measures to be taken include increasing financial aid for graduate students based on their needs and fields of study, increasing the numbers and amounts of student loans, and keeping students well informed about graduate education and financial aid policy.. From the viewpoint of supply, more government appropriations and research funding should be provided to improve the quality of graduate education.
