摘要
通过对十所高校100名博士生导师的调查和访谈,从博士生导师视角分析我国博士生创新人才的培养过程和制度保障。研究发现:我国博士生创新培养过程和制度雏形已经基本形成,但在学术环境、导师管理和素质、软环境建设等方面仍然存在着亟待改进之处。
A survey of 100 doctoral supervisors in ten universities was conducted to investigate the process and system assurance for the cultivation of innovative doctoral students in China. It was found that, despite the fact that Chinese universities have established their processes and systems for training innovative doctoral students, there is an urgent need *o overcome shortcomings in their academic environment, supervisors' quality and management, and provision of facilities and institutional support.
