权力制衡理论视角的专业学位研究生教育模式重构 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,专业学位研究生教育已经与学术学位研究生教育共同构成了中国研究生教育系统。然而,专业学位研究生教育尚未形成政府、专业学位研究生教育指导委员会与高校之间的良性互动。主要表现为专业学位研究生教育系统中各主体间权力失衡。运用权力制衡理论可以有效地规范专业学位研究生教育过程中各权力主体间的相互关系,促进各权力主体的协调与制衡,实现专业学位研究生教育健康平稳地发展。 In recent years, China has established a system of graduate education that consists of programs leading to professional and academic degrees. However, professional graduate education still lacks positive coordination among the government, steering committees and institutions of higher learning due to their power imbalances. The use of the power balance theory may provide necessary checks and balances to effectively regulate the relationship between various participants in the process of education and promote healthy and stable development of professional graduate education.
