摘要
目的:研究高钛渣制备二氧化钛水解参数。方法:以高钛渣酸解后的钛液为原料,采用自生晶种法制备二氧化钛。考察加料速率、底水量、水解温度、水解时间对钛液水解率的影响。结果:钛液水解的最佳实验条件:底水量67 ml(6∶1)、水解温度100℃、加料速率40 ml/min、水解时间90 min。结论:该结果将用于指导工业生产。
Objective: To study hydrolysis parameters of titaniam dioxide (TiO2 ) prepared from high titanium slag. Mothods: Titanium solution prepared from high titanium slag as the raw material, TiO2 was prepared by self-growing inoculating crystal with tita- nium solution. The influence of operating conditions of feed fluid rate, base water volume, heating temperature and heating time on the rate of hydrolysis of titanium solution were investigated. Results: The optimum operating conditions were obtained as base water volume of 67 ml (6:1 ), hydrolysis temperature of 100 ℃, feed fluid rate of 40 ml/min and heating time of 90 min. Conclusion: The results from the study can be used as a guideline in industry.
