我国食品安全的现状与对策

The Status of China Food Safety and Countermeasures

食品安全目前是全社会关注的焦点问题。本文简要介绍了我国目前食品安全的现状,并分析了产生食品安全问题的原因,提出应借鉴发达国家的经验,制定相应对策:如制定完善的食品安全法律体系,建立完善的食品安全预警预报机制,建立健全食品安全社会信用体系、食品安全标准体系,改善检测设备,提高检测能力,确保我国食品的安全。

Food safety is currently the focus of the whole society problem. This paper briefly introduces the present situation of food safety in our country at present, and makes an analysis of the food security problem, put forward to should draw lessons from the experience of the developed country, make corresponding countermeasure： such as making perfect food safety legal system, establish and improve the food safety early warning mechanism, establish a sound social credit system of food safety, food safety standard system, improve the detection equipment, improve the detection capability, to ensure that China＇s food security.
