摘要
从网络舆论特征入手,从建构主义、非正式学习、情境认知理论和系统论角度分析体系构建的理论基础,根据静态过滤和动态监控结合的原则,提出以技术控制为手段、以思想引导为基础、以法律约束为保障、以道德自律为目的的四位一体的大学生网络舆论引导体系。
Starting from characteristics of public opinions on Internet, this paper first analyzes the theo- retical foundation from the perspectives of Constructivism, Informal Learning, Situated Cognition theory and System theory. Based on the principles of static filtering and dynamic monitoring, it then, proposes a four-in-one guidance system of college students＇ public opinions on Internet, in which technical control functions as the means, ideological guidance as the foundation, legal binding as the protection and moral self-discipline as the aim.
