摘要
为指导高职院校公共基础课教师专业化成长,结合近年研究成果,阐述了定岗双元模式下评价标准制定的依据和原则,在相关理论指导和调查分析的基础上,以校本培训为依托,构建了由3个一级指标、12个二级指标、42个观测点组成的公共基础课教师专业化成长评价标准,为高职院校公共基础课教师的专业化成长评价提供参考。
To guide the professionalized growth of public courses lecturers in vocational colleges, this pa- per elaborates principles and fundamentals of evaluation criterion in Dual System based on recent resear- ches.
