校企合作模式下顶岗实习质量体系的构建

On the Construction of Internship Quality System with College-enterprise Cooperation

校企合作来实现顶岗实习可以有效促进学校办学能力的提高、企业进步以及学生就业能力的提高,可以实现三方共赢.目前我国校企合作中的问题主要表现在管理难度大,合作关系不清晰等.对此需要从双方共建学校管理模式、促进院校教学体制改革和共建双向评价机制等方面来构建校企合作顶岗实习质量保证体系.

College-enterprise cooperation-based internship can effectively promote the overall teaching of the school and the development of the enterprise, and enhance students＇ competitiveness in job market, which benefits the three parties involved. At present the major problems in college-enterprise cooperation lie in difficult management, indefinite responsibilities, and the like. To avoid these problems, internship quality system should be based on the sound mutual management by the two parties, teaching reforms and double-way assessment mechanism.
