高职院校软件外包服务专业人才培养定位思考

The Thought on Talents' Training Orientation in Software Outsourcing Service Major of Higher Vocational Colleges

为实现我国软件外包的快速可持续发展目标,软件外包人才的培养已迫在眉睫。针对我国目前软件外包人才的短缺情况,结合高职院校实际,依据市场需求,通过调查分析当前软件外包人才的培养模式的优缺点,切合IT行业发展对人才要求,从软件外包服务专业人才的培养定位、课程体系等方面进行改进完善,为高职院校软件计算机类专业教育提供可行性建议参考。

In order to achieve the goal of rapid sustainable development for software outsourcing in our country, it is very urgent to cultivate software outsourcing talents. According to shortage in software outsourcing talents at present in our country, this paper combines with the actual condition of higher vocational colleges. On the basis of market demand, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of training mode for software outsourcing talents at present through survey. Combining the requirement of IT industry development for talents, it makes improvement and perfect from cultivating orientation and curriculum system for software outsoureing professional talents, and provides feasible suggestions for the education of software computer major in higher vocational colleges.
