“公司化”运营的高职动漫实训模式全真化探索

Exploration on True Practical Training Mode of Higher Vocational Animation Major with "Company Operation"

"校企合作,工学结合"的方式,有利于提升学生职业技能和就业能力。鉴于此,从高职动漫专业的实际状况入手,探索了"公司化运营"的实训模式,包括实训教学模式改革、实训教学内容改革、实训实习基地建设和师资队伍建设四个方面。将专业教育与企业生产紧密结合,把生产性实训作为一种有效的教学手段和就业预备手段。这些尝试取得了一定的实验性结果,丰富了高职动漫专业人才培养模式改革的经验。

The form of college-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination is helpful for increasing students＇ vocational skills and employment ability. Based on this, starting from the actual condition of higher vocational animation major, this paper explores the practical training mode with ＂company operation＂, including the reform of practical training teaching mode, the reform of practical training teaching content, the construction of practical training base and the construction of teaching staff. Professional education is combined with enterprise production closely, regarding productive practical training as one effective teaching method and employment preparation approach. Those attempts have gained certain experimental result, enriching the experience of talents＇ training mode reform in higher vocational animation major.
