随着经济的发展、社会的进步,我国人才市场竞争日趋激烈,大学生就业问题也得到了社会的普遍关注。2009年,国务院办公厅就曾提出,通过政府杠杆调节,努力帮助高职毕业生顺利实现就业。随着政府的干预和社会状况的好转,毕业生的就业问题逐渐得到一定缓和,然而仍存在着许多问题。应该详细分析高职学生的特点及其就业心理,通过社会、学校、家庭多方面的努力,提高学生的素质,加强他们的能力,帮助他们顺利走向社会,走向自己的工作岗位,成为对社会有用的人才。

With the development of economy and the progress of society, talents＇ market competition becomes more and more severe in our country. College students＇ employment problems have got social concern. In 2009, the general office of the State Council issued a notice of the employment of college graduates, regulated by the government leverage, to help college graduates obtain employment successfully. With the government＇s intervention and social improvement, the employment problem of graduates gradually get some ease, but still exist many problems. It should analyze higher vocational students＇ characteristics and employment psychology in details. Through various efforts of society, colleges and families, it can increase students＇ quality and strengthen their ability to help them enter into society successfully and find their work post for becoming social useful talents.
