随着我国高校教育事业的蓬勃发展,高校学生的各种信息日益增多,信息量不断增加,高校学籍档案管理工作变得日趋繁琐、复杂。要做好高校学生学籍档案管理工作,就必须掌握当前高校学籍档案管理的发展趋势,努力学习现代化技术条件下的档案管理知识及相关辅助工具,从而实现高校学籍档案管理的标准化、规范化,更好地为学生服务。在此主要从高校学籍档案管理的现代化趋势出发,阐述学生档案管理的特征,并根据其特点提出加强学生学籍档案管理的有效措施。

With the vigorous development of education in colleges and universities, college students of all kinds of information is increasing, the amount of information increasing. Student roll management in colleges and universities become increasingly cumbersome and complex. To make student roll management work well in colleges and universities, it should master the present developing tendency of roll management in colleges and universities. It should make efforts to study roll management knowledge and related auxiliary tools under the condition of modernization technology to realize the standardization and regulation of roll management in colleges and universities and serve for students. This paper starts from the modernization tendency of roll management in colleges and universities, and explains the characteristics of student roll management. According to its characteristics, it puts forward the effective measures of strengthening student roll management.
