摘要 介绍矿用12.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 134mm,断面宽310mm,行驶面宽度240mm,行驶面弧度高10.5mm,胎圈着合直径512mm,胎圈着合宽度230mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.052 8,采用以横向花纹为主的混合花纹,花纹饱和度62.72%,花纹深度24.5mm,花纹周节数35。施工设计:胎面上层胶和基部胶采用机内复合挤出,1#和2#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法三鼓胶囊成型机成型、B型双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,胎圈耐久性能符合企业标准要求。 sign,the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1 134 mm, cross-sectional width 310 mm,width of running surface 240 ram,arc height of running surface 10.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 512 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 ram,maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 1. 052 8, mixed tread patterns composing mainly transverse pattern, block/groove ratio 62. 72%, pattern depth 24. 5 mm, pattern pitch number 35. In the construction design, the following processes were taken:upper and base compounds of the tread were coextruded in extruder, 3 + 9 + 15 X 0.22+0.15 steel cord for 1^# and 2^# belt,3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3^#and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt respectively,0.25+6+12 × 0. 225HT steel cord for carcass ply,and using one stage three drum bladder building machine to build tires and B-type double mold press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of the design and national standard, and the bead endu- rance performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
