摘要
介绍龙门吊用21.00-25 40PR无内胎工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 758mm,断面宽520mm,行驶面宽度500mm,行驶面弧度高50mm,胎圈着合直径630mm,胎圈着合宽度380mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.867 5,胎面采用八角花纹形式,花纹饱和度78%,花纹深度45mm,花纹周节数30。施工设计:胎面采用3种配方(胎面上层胶、基部胶和胎侧胶),胎体帘布采用21层2100dtex/2V1锦纶66帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66帘布,胎圈采用三钢丝圈结构,采用LCX-5型半芯轮式成型机成型、Φ2.5m硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎室内试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和TKPH额定值均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。

In the construction design, the following processes were taken ~ three-formula tread (upper, base tread and sidewall compound), 21 layers of 2100dtex/2V1 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply, 2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord for breaker ply, three bead coils for bead,using LCX-5 type semi-flat building machine to build tires,and using Ф2.5 m autoclave to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the peripheral dimension, physical property and TKPH rated value met the requirements of corresponding design and national standard.
