摘要
试验研究防老剂S-RD等量替代普通防老剂RD对航空轮胎胎面胶和胎体帘布胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用防老剂S-RD等量替代普通防老剂RD可以明显提高航空轮胎胎面胶和胎体帘布胶的耐热老化性能,降低生热,使得航空轮胎在高速、高负荷、内部高温的使用条件下胶料性能保持率高,使用安全性能更好,使用寿命延长。
The effects of antioxidant S-RD on the properties of tread compound and carcass ply compound of aircraft tire were experimentally investigated. The results showed that by using antioxi- dant S-RD to replace equal weight of antioxidant RD, the thermal aging property of tread compound and carcass ply compound were improved obviously, the heat build-up decreased, the property retention of the compounds for application under high speed, high load and high temperature conditions was im- proved, and the safety and service life of aircraft tire were also improved.
