含水介质中生物堵塞模型的建立和检验 被引量:4

摘要 根据微生物生长、营养物质降解、孔隙度渗透系数理论,针对砂柱渗流试验的水动力和定解条件,建立了一维定流量回灌过程中含水介质中生物堵塞的数学模型,利用试验结果对模型进行检验。结果表明,数值模拟曲线与实测值吻合程度很高,说明建立的模型是可靠的,可以用来预测回灌过程中含水介质堵塞的发生和发展。 Based on the theories of microbial growth, nutrition degradation, and the porosity-hydraulic conductivity coefficient relationship, and combined with the actual hydrodynamic and solution conditions in sand column experiments, a mathematical model of biological clogging during the recharge process under one-dimensional constant flow conditions was established. The model was examined with experimental data. The results show that the numerical simulation results fit with the experimental data, indicating that the model is reliable and can be used to forecast the occurrence and development of biological clogging in the aquifer medium during recharge progress.
