海洋文化名城评价指标体系与模型研究

Research on the evaluation index system and the model of constructing the city of marine culture

海洋文化名城建设凸显了海洋文化对青岛城市发展的特殊意义和价值。在借鉴国内外研究资料的基础上,通过问卷调查构建海洋文化名城评价指标体系,其中包含文化资源、文化产品、文化服务和城市形象4个一级指标,10个二级指标,25个基础指标,以此构建模型并进行综合评价。结果表明,青岛海洋文化名城的建设水平处在中高级阶段,景观观赏类文化旅游产品相对完善,而科教型文化服务内容、文化服务人员素质修养及文化老城区风貌等是主要制约因素,为此应拓展和充实海洋文化服务内容、提升人员素质、加强老城区保护、优化海洋文化产品结构等。

Constructing the city of marine culture highlights the special meaning and value of marine culture in the development of Qingdao. Relying on the information at home and abroad, by means of a questionnaire survey to construct the evaluation index system of constructing the city of marine culture, it includes 4 first-level indicators that are cultural resources, the comprehensive assessment of cultural products, cultural services and city image, and 10 second-level indicators and 25 basic indicators. Based on this model, the comprehensive evaluation shows that Qingdao is in the senior level in constructing the city of marine culture. And the tourism product of landscape view culture is relatively perfect, and the service of science-based culture, the personal quality of cultural service staff and features of the old town is the major restricted factors. So we should expand and enrich the service items of marine cuhuree, improve the personnel quality, strengthen protection of the old cultural city, and optimize the structure of marine culture.
