摘要
大学文化管理模式是一种以人为本、以人为中心的管理模式,其核心是塑造学校共同价值观,引导师生员工的精神追求和发展方向。大学文化管理模式更重视大学精神的培育和人文素养的提高,更强调和注意发挥大学精神、价值观等大学文化因素对师生行为的无形的引导、激励和约束作用,从而以高度的文化自觉和文化自信提高大学文化软实力,推动学校的全面工作。
The model of university culture management is a kind of models based on people foremost and people- centered; its core is shaping the shared values of schools and leading the staff and students in their spiritual pursuit and their development direction. The model of culture management attaches more importance to the cultivation of university spirit and the promotion of humanistic quality, and attaches more emphasize on the factors of university culture such as university spirit and values to leave a guiding, encouraging and restricting impact on the behavior of teachers and students. Thus, this model can be able to enhance the university culture soft power and promote the comprehensive work with a high level of cultural consciousness and cultural confidence.
