摘要 通过资料收集、现场调查福建省各地公路和城市道路的"白改黑"工程现状,总结水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺结构的病害类型、特征、原因,得出水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺工程病害主要包括:反射裂缝、推移、车辙、沉陷及其引起纵向裂缝、网裂、坑槽和磨光。反射裂缝、推移是"白改黑"结构主要的破坏模式。旧板接缝、裂缝两侧弯沉差过大、结构设计不合理是病害的诱发因素,重载、车辆行驶状态等其他因素加快病害的发生和发展。"白改黑"结构存在反射裂缝是不可避免的固有特性,应控制水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层结构的设计施工与材料的敏感因素,减少旧水泥混凝土板裂缝、接缝的弯沉差,合理设计加铺层厚度,控制粘层油喷洒质量,改善加铺层抗车辙、提高抗剪强度和抗水损害性能。 Field and literature surveys were conducted to investigate the present situation of highway or roads cement concrete pavement restructuring in Fujian province. The diseases of asphalt overlay structure of cement concrete pavements were summarized. The diseases mainly include reflective cracking, elapse, rutting, subsidence and the associated longitudinal cracks, net cracking, pits and polishing. The reflective cracking and elapse are the main failure modes of the pavement structure. Old joints, cracks with great deflection difference and unreasonable structure design are the stimu- lating factors of disease, whereas overloading, poor vehicle status and other factors accelerate the oc- currence and development of disease. Reflective cracking is the inherent characteristics of asphalt overlay pavement structure. Suggestions on improving the asphalt overlay structure of cement con- crete pavements were proposed, which include controlling the sensitive factors in the design, con- struction and materials of asphalt overlay pavement structure, reducing deflection difference between the old cement concrete slab cracks and joints, ensuring a proper thickness of asphalt overlay pave- ment structure, improving the oil spray quality of the adhesive layer ( coating), and upgrading the resistance to rutting, shear strength and water damage.
