摘要 随着我国教育改革的不断深入,学校对教师师德的要求越来越高。青年教师成为我国教育教学工作的主力军,加强青年教师师德建设,提升青年教师的综合素质,已经成为教育战线的重要任务之一。我国传统文化以崇德文化为主,对师德建设的作用不容小觑,文章就师德建设中渗透传统文化的路径展开分析和论述,初步提出师德渗透策略,希望对于我国教师队伍建设起到良好的推动作用,并对相关方面的研究起到一定的补充和完善。 With the deepening of educational reform in China, school teachers " moral requirements getting higher and higher. Young teachers become the main force of our education work, strengthening the construction of young teacher professional ethics, enhancing the comprehensive quality of young teachers, has become one of the important tasks on the education front. Chinese traditional culture dominated by Virgil culture, on the construction of teachers "morality should not be underestimated. In this paper, analysis of seepage path of traditional culture in the construction of teachers "morality and discussed, raised initial penetration strategies of teachers "morality, hope for the teachers team construction in China play a good role in promoting, and research on relevant aspects play a complement and complete.
