摘要
利用面向对象技术建立水库调度实时在线监测报警系统,并介绍系统的总体结构、逻辑结构和主要功能,详述系统开发所采用的关键技术。该系统具有监视报警界面优美、故障响应迅速、报警方式多样、故障自动修复等特点,能确保水库调度数据的安全性、完整性、一致性,为水库的防洪调度、兴利调度奠定了坚实的基础。
Reservoir regulation real-time online monitoring alarm system is built based on object -oriented technology. System overall structure, logical structure and main functions are introduced and key technology used in system develop- ment is elaborated. The monitoring alarm system is characterized by beautiful interface, quick response, diverse alarm forms and automatic fault repair, which ensures the security, integrity, consistency of reservoir regulation data and pro- vides a solid foundation for flood control regulation and beneficial purpose regulation.
