马口橡胶坝混凝土施工质量分析与控制

The Concrete Construction Quality Analysis and Control of Makou Rubber Dam

以马口橡胶坝的混凝土施工为研究对象,结合马口橡胶坝混凝土的施工程序,顺次从混凝土原材料质量、拌和质量、仓面作业质量、浇筑质量以及养护五方面为线索展开对混凝土施工质量的分析与控制,以每个环节的质量来确保整体混凝土的质量。通过对原材料严格的筛选、拌合过程科学的设计、仓面作业准确的安装和浇筑环节合理的操作,顺利实现了对马口橡胶坝坝底板等水工建筑物质量的控制。

This paper studies makou rubber dam concrete construction, which is combined with concrete construction procedures, making an analysis and control to the quality of concrete construction from four aspects： concrete quality of raw materials, mixing quality, silo operating quality, pouring quality and curing, in order to make sure the overall con- crete quality. Through the strict choosing of raw materials, scientific designing of mixing, accurate installation of ware- house operation and reasonable operation of pouring, the qualities of rubber dam bedplate and other hydraulic structures are well controlled.
