Problems and Countermeasures of the Party Organs' Working Performance Enhancing——A Case Study on Nantong City

机关效能党建就是机关党建以效能提升作为检验科学发展的重要指标,通过效能提升可切实增强机关党建的影响力和公信力。机关效能党建包括作风效能、管理效能和党建效能在内的综合效能的提升。在目前机关党员效能提升服务群众的意识和素质不强,党建工作方式还不适应效能提升的新要求,效能党建工作机制有待完善的情况下,推进机关效能党建工作重点在于激发主体意识,强化党建责任;有效整合机关资源,创新效能党建载体;完善效能党建工作机制,促进工作长效化和规范化。

To enhance the working performance of Party organs means taking the improvement of working performance as an important indicator to evaluate the scientific development of the Party building. The improvement of working performance will help increase the influences and the public trust in the construction of Party organs. Party organs＇ working performance enhancing refers to the improvement of an over-all performance in working style,management and Party building. Presently the Party members in offices show a weak awareness and quality in serving the mass ;the ways of Party building are not adapted to the new requirements of the working performance enhancing; and the mechanism needs to be improved. Under this situation,to enhance the Party organs＇ working performance should focus on stimulating the subjective awareness of the Party organs to reinforce their responsibility in Party building, effectively integrating the Party organ resources to innovate the carrier of performance enhancing, and perfecting the mechanism of Party building to achieve standardization in the long run.
